DMCA / Copyright
Last updated: October 15, 2026. Little Wing Guide respects intellectual-property rights and reviews sufficiently detailed copyright notices.
Reporting a copyright concern
Send a written notice to contact@littlewingguide.com. To help us identify and evaluate the concern, include all of the information listed below. Incomplete notices may delay review.
Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or provide a representative list if the notice covers multiple works.
Identify the material you believe is infringing and provide the exact Little Wing Guide URL or enough detail for us to locate it.
Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
State that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
State that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the rights owner.
Include your physical or electronic signature.
Review and action
We may request additional information, remove or restrict access to material while a claim is reviewed, notify the contributor where appropriate, or restore material if the concern is resolved. Submitting a notice does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or based on misidentification, contact contact@littlewingguide.com with the affected URL, an explanation of your rights to use the material, your contact information, and any statements required by the law applicable to your request.
Good-faith use of this process
Copyright notices can have legal consequences. Do not knowingly make a false claim. This page provides a reporting channel and does not state that Little Wing Guide has appointed or registered a statutory DMCA agent.
Other rights concerns
For trademark, attribution, privacy, or other media-rights concerns that are not copyright notices, email contact@littlewingguide.com and clearly describe the material and requested action.
